To have a zebra longwing butterfly sit on my finger before it decided to fly away, truly a treasure. They have fluttered by very close, but I have never had their legs sit on my finger.
The simple things sure create moments to treasure.

It always stikes me as special, magical almost, when the butterfly “trust” you enough to sit on your finger. This one definitely wanted to be rescued.
